Through the Flex and Risk Management Center platforms, Novara helps organizations address operational risk proactively by unifying data, increasing workforce engagement, and proactively managing risk. Novara’s combination of training, software, and tools puts people and safety first while protecting critical operations. Position Overview The Product Manager for the Contractor Management Product Line owns the strategic direction, market positioning, and commercial success of Novara’s Control of Work solutions. Responsibilities • Own the product vision and multi‑year roadmap for the Contractor Management product line. • Establish and maintain a clear prioritization framework (e.g., customer impact, revenue potential, risk reduction, strategic fit). • Use quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate roadmap trade‑offs. • Define customer and buyer value by persona and vertical, in partnership with Product Marketing. • Lead a structured research process including customer interviews and workflow analysis, market and regulatory analysis, usage, adoption, and outcome data. • Develop business cases for future investment, outlining customer and market impact, revenue and growth potential, cost/complexity/risk, success metrics and ROI assumptions. • Partner with Product Marketing to define differentiated value propositions and positioning, ensure roadmap investments align to GTM narratives, lead GTM strategy for major releases and new capabilities, monitor competitive landscape, and determine effective pricing and packaging strategies. • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to drive adoption, retention, and expansion. • Partner with Product Owners to translate strategy into outcomes and measurable success criteria. • Maintain accountability for business outcomes, not sprint-level execution. • Ensure delivered capabilities align with the approved business case and positioning. Qualifications • 6–10+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS. • Proven experience owning product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and GTM execution. • Demonstrated ability to make data‑driven decisions using customer insights, analytics, and market data. • Experience building and presenting business cases to executive stakeholders. • Familiarity with EHS, compliance, risk, or regulatory‑driven software strongly preferred. • Strong cross‑functional leadership skills; able to influence Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive‑level presence. Compensation • Annual base salary range: $130,000–$140,000. • Annual bonus opportunity: 10%.
