Product Owner Confirm - Banque (F/H) Your mission: Incarnate the product culture and create value In a spirit of accessibility, the masculine is used as generic. We are looking for a confirmed Product Owner, capable of intervening on the entire product life cycle, in a stimulating environment, at the heart of banking. As a PO, you play a key role in accompanying our clients. You incarnate the product culture and decline it operationally: you help to structure their product vision, improve their practices and design useful, performant solutions aligned with business issues. Your skills: • Mastery of one or more agile methodologies. • Leading the framing, conception, and definition of need phases. • Building and piloting the Product roadmap. • Developing, prioritizing, and maintaining a clear, structured, and value-oriented backlog. • Writing user stories and defining precise acceptance criteria following workshops with the business. • Coordinating stakeholders: business, tech, design, data. • Contributing to the acquisition and digital marketing strategy. • Testing the developments made or accompanying the client in the realization of tests. • Accompanying the deployment of solutions and the conduct of change to promote their adoption, ensuring added value. • Imagining and following the conception of performant MVPs in B2B, B2B2C, and B2C contexts. The profile we are looking for You have a bac + 5 education and a minimum of 4 years of experience in a Product Owner position. • Your excellent interpersonal skills and your ability to listen allow you to rally and emerge needs and solutions. • Dynamic, curious, rigorous, and with a great capacity for adaptation, challenges do not scare you! Agile methods and project management are no longer secrets for you. • Naturally, you have a strong interest in technological innovation, the development of new digital uses, and the API-ization of service offers. • Bonus?
