AI Engineer

Role Description This role is for an AI Engineer responsible for developing and implementing practical artificial intelligence solutions to support business operations and enhance products or services. In this position, you will work on applying AI and machine learning techniques to real-world use cases rather than focusing on purely theoretical research. As an AI Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into functional AI-driven features. You will assist in building, testing, and integrating models or AI tools into existing systems and workflows. The role involves working with data, experimenting with models, and improving performance through testing and iteration. You may also support the integration of AI APIs, automation tools, or intelligent systems that improve efficiency and decision-making. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement AI or machine learning solutions Prepare, clean, and process data for model use Build, test, and improve models or AI-based features Integrate AI solutions into applications or workflows Monitor model performance and optimize results Collaborate with teams to define AI use cases Support automation and intelligent system development Document workflows, models, and technical processes Troubleshoot issues and improve system reliability Stay updated on AI tools, frameworks, and best practices Qualifications Basic to intermediate understanding of AI and machine learning concepts Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or similar Understanding of data handling and model workflows Problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking skills Ability to work with structured or unstructured data Familiarity with AI tools, libraries, or APIs is a plus Attention to detail and willingness to learn Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and follow technical guidance Educational background in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field is preferred
