In the Supplier product area, you empower teams to create seamless experiences for travel businesses, helping them attract traffic, stand out, and deliver unforgettable experiences for Travelers.</p> <h3>Your mission</h3> <ul> <li>Lead UX Research for the Supplier product area, including 5+ vertical teams.</li> <li>Drive foundational research that shapes the overall Supplier vision and strategy.</li> <li>Develop relationships, strategize, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and leads across UX, Product Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, Strategy, and Marketing to problem-solve and examine user experiences, customer journeys, user needs, and jobs to be done, end-to-end.</li> <li>Consult UX and product teams to execute their own tactical research.</li> <li>Uphold a high standard of quality research, employing a wide range of methods along a cyclical process from initial stakeholder engagement and prioritization to insight activation.</li> </ul> <h3>Your toolkit</h3> <ul> <li>5+ years of leading research in an applied setting.</li> <li>3+ years of recent experience owning and driving independent in-house product&nbsp; research.</li> <li>Track record as a researcher responsible for at least 2 verticals with high complexity and ambiguity, resulting in measurable impact.</li> <li>Previous experience in the B2B product space.</li> <li>Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.</li> <li>Experience communicating with multiple levels of stakeholders, including senior leadership.</li> </ul> <h3>Extras that give you an edge&nbsp;</h3> <ul> <li>International research experience.</li> <li>Experience partnering with data analysts, strategy, or operations.</li> <li>Deep understanding of a more specific method or domain.</li> </ul> <h3>How we’ll make your career journey extraordinary</h3> <ul> <li>Annual personal growth budget and mentorship programs for continuous learning and development</li> <li>Work from anywhere in the world for 30 days per year</li> <li>A hybrid working approach with three days of in office collaboration (Mon, Tue, Thur) and two days of optional at home focus time.&nbsp;</li> <li>Opportunities to collaborate and socialize with team members through quarterly team events and yearly company-wide events</li> <li>Monthly transportation and fitness budget</li> <li>Discounts for you, your friends, and family on GetYourGuide activities</li> <li>Language reimbursement program</li> <li>Health and wellness benefits</li> </ul> <p>And more…</p> <h3>How to apply</h3> <p>Submit your CV/resume in English using the form below.
