Business Systems Analyst (BSA) – CRM Experience Location: Remote About The Role We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with CRM experience to support business applications, process improvements, and customer relationship management initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze requirements, optimize workflows, and enhance CRM system functionality. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills along with hands-on experience supporting CRM platforms in enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for CRM-related projects. • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and system enhancements. • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories. • Support CRM configuration, integrations, testing, and deployment activities. • Conduct workflow analysis, gap analysis, and business process mapping. • Coordinate with developers, QA teams, and project managers throughout project lifecycles. • Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production support activities. • Create and maintain system documentation, training materials, and process guides. • Support reporting, dashboards, and data validation efforts within CRM systems. • Ensure CRM solutions align with business goals and operational requirements. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as: • Salesforce • Microsoft Dynamics 365 • HubSpot • Oracle CRM • Strong understanding of: • Requirements gathering • Business process analysis • SDLC methodologies • Agile/Scrum practices • Experience creating: • Functional specifications • User stories • Process flows • Test cases • Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications • CRM certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Dynamics 365 certifications. • Experience with CRM integrations, APIs, and data migration projects. • Knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, or BI platforms. • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools. • Familiarity with customer service, sales, or marketing operations processes.
