<p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Senior Product Manager – Hardware. I</strong>n this role you will be pivotal in translating Verifone’s global hardware strategy into strong regional commercial performance. Sitting at the intersection of Global Hardware Product, Regional Product, Sales, and Customer Success, this role ensures that EMEA markets receive the right solutions, at the right time, with the right positioning </p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Regional Hardware Strategy & Catalogue Ownership</strong><strong> </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Own and manage the EMEA hardware product catalogue — maintaining accuracy across device models, configurations, lifecycle status, and regional availability</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Global ↔ Regional Hardware Liaison</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Champion EMEA's voice in global hardware strategy — feeding market insights into the roadmap that reflect field intelligence, customer requirements, and competitive dynamics, briefing stakeholders on updates, and sharing pipeline visibility to keep cross-functional teams aligned. </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Regulatory & Payment-Scheme Compliance: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Own EMEA's regional certification roadmap (PCI PTS, EMVCo,).Pre-Production & Sample Management </li>
<li>Control and distribute pre-production hardware samples within the region, coordinating with internal teams and external partners. </li>
<li>Manage NPI (New Product Introduction) readiness activities within the region — ensuring internal teams are prepared ahead of commercial availability. </li>

<p><strong>Hardware Lifecycle & EOL Management </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Own EOS/EOL planning for EMEA </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Sales Enablement & Customer Engagement </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Own the EMEA hardware demo/evaluation programme (device configuration, refresh, field enablement), support RFPs with technical positioning, and represent Verifone as the hardware SME in customer QBRs, pilot evaluations, and partner engagements with the credibility of a subject matter expert </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Partner Enablement</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Support the enablement of ISV & Acquirer channels and serve as the point of contact for strategic partner reviews and roadmap briefings. </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Competitive Positioning</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Maintain current competitive hardware positioning for Sales and Product teams, and monitor market signals to identify portfolio enhancements. </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Field Quality & Reliability</strong> </p>

<p><strong>KPIs & Reporting</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Define and maintain the regional hardware scorecard — catalogue accuracy, certification cycle time, NPI readiness, time-to-market on new SKUs, and field reliability KPIs. </li>
<li>Deliver a regular hardware operating review to EMEA Product, Sales, and CS leadership; surface risks, dependencies, and decisions needed from the global team. </li>
<li>Define and maintain the EMEA hardware scorecard (certification NPI readiness,), and deliver regular operating reviews to Product & Sales leadership. </li>
</ul>
<h2><span style="color: #236fa1;">Required Skills and Experience we desire</span></h2>
<ul>
<li>8+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or a related technical role within the payments or fintech industry; Senior PM level or equivalent. </li>
<li>Hands-on expertise in card-present payment environments — POS hardware, payment terminals, EMV certification, processes. </li>
<li>Direct familiarity with payment terminal hardware ecosystems; experience with Verifone or a competing hardware vendor strongly preferred. </li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to manage a product catalogue or portfolio across SKU lifecycle, pricing coordination, and regional availability. </li>
<li>Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — able to drive outcomes across Product, Sales, Operations, Engineering, and CS without direct authority. </li>
<li>Customer-facing credibility: comfortable presenting hardware roadmaps and product positions to enterprise customers, partners, and senior internal stakeholders. </li>
<li>Excellent written communication skills; able to produce clear regional POVs, competitive briefs, and executive-level summaries. </li>
<li>Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-moving, matrixed environment. </li>
