Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – E-Commerce Location: Monsey, NY Position: Full-Time, In-Office Salary: $250,000+ DOE Overview: A growing e-commerce company is seeking a hands-on CFO to lead all financial operations and strategy. This role requires strong, proven experience specifically within e-commerce or closely related industries. Candidates from unrelated fields (such as healthcare or real estate or construction etc.) will not be considered. The ideal candidate will understand the financial complexities of e-commerce, including high-volume transactions, margins, inventory, and scaling operations. Responsibilities: Oversee all financial functions including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Manage cash flow, margins, and profitability across high-volume e-commerce operations Analyze financial performance, pricing, and unit economics to drive business decisions Build and implement financial systems, controls, and processes to support growth Work closely with leadership on strategy, forecasting, and scaling the business Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and external partners Lead and develop the finance team Requirements: Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial leader within e-commerce or a closely related industry (must) Strong understanding of e-commerce financials, including inventory, margins, and online sales channels Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments Strong leadership and hands-on management skills Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities CPA or advanced degree is a plus This is a key leadership role for someone who understands e-commerce at a deep level and can drive financial performance and growth.
