Description

Set 3Ready as a premium, intuitive entertainment platform that maximizes content engagement while ensuring strong OEM relationships and high-quality UX across all car projects.

Responsibilities

  • Own content and platform configuration in 3Ready Control Center for each OEM project, including content sourcing, targeting logic, and page/module structure.
  • Manage the end-to-end content provider relationship - onboarding, integration, and ongoing optimization - to keep each OEM's content current, reliable, and consistent.
  • Champion automation opportunities that streamline content onboarding and configuration as the OEM portfolio grows, working closely with the platform team on new features.
  • Build reusable setup patterns and templates that speed up delivery of new OEM and demo projects.
  • Lead OEM enablement, training regional teams to manage their own content and take ownership of day-to-day editorial work.
  • Own engagement reporting per OEM, ensure customer feedback shapes the roadmap, and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Act as the link between OEMs and internal 3SS teams — communicating customer content needs, supporting Account Management and Content Team post-launch, and managing product marketing communication.
  • Support monetization configuration and sales/partnership demos.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in product management, UX, content engagement, or automotive digital products.
  • Hands-on experience configuring or administering a CMS/content platform (metadata, targeting rules, content sources).
  • Genuine passion for streaming media and entertainment platforms, with curiosity about where the industry is heading.
  • Experience with user research, feedback analysis, and experiment-driven optimization.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or client accounts, prioritizing across a portfolio.
  • Ability to collaborate across Product, Design, Content, Engineering, and OEM partners.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort working with structured data and complex configuration workflows, with strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted or automated tooling in an operational context.
