Productivity: • Execute and uphold Aramark’s labor and food strategies. • Generate value through efficient operations, cost control, and strategic profit management. • Ensure strict compliance with Operational Excellence standards, including food and labor management practices. • Manage operations related to production, distribution, and food service. Compliance: • Ensure a safe and health-conscious environment for clients, employees, and other stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, health, and wage regulations. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain systems for food ordering, receiving, storing, preparing, and serving, including menu planning and development. • Prepare operational forecasts and analyze discrepancies. • Maintain adherence to cleanliness and safety standards. • Supervise staff in production, marketing, quality assurance, cost control, labor management, and training. • Recruit, onboard, and develop front-line employees. • Conduct regular inventory inspections and ensure compliance with Aramark and regulatory standards. • Build and maintain strong relationships with client management. • Participate in sales processes and contract negotiations. Qualifications: • Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required. • Experience: • Prior experience in student nutrition in a K-12 setting preferred for food service roles. • Strong focus on client and customer service, business development, and entrepreneurship. • Proven experience in leading and managing teams of managers. • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred. • Experience in financial controls, budget management, and developing product sales strategies. • Experience in the service industry, contract services, or hospitality required.
