CRM Project Manager

Responsibilities • Project planning and project management planning (scope, quality, communication, risks, schedule and issues management) • Key project management activities including Kickoff planning, steering committee reporting, status reporting, scrum meeting, scrum grooming, project performance reporting including sprint velocity, delivery tracking, etc., • Team orientation, motivation, and alignment towards project goals • Budget management • Test Planning in projects including SIT, UAT, CRP, and Cutover planning • Change Management Support to the project including sharing best practices • Bring thought leadership in project management methodology and updating the project artifacts • Timely escalation of project risks and resolution with the help of management teams • Presales support including estimations, SOW drafting, and scope change management KPIs: • One time and on-budget delivery • CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) • ESAT (Employee Satisfaction Project Management Qualifications • Experience in managing Salesforce projects including implementations, enhancements, and integrations • Strong experience of PM processes using Agile and Incremental SDLC methodology Experience and managed at least four full-lifecycle SFDC implementations as project manager • Has a good understanding of Salesforce.com capabilities as a platform with the latest about platform along with VF, UI UX, Lightning • Strong understanding of Sales, Service, Commerce, and Billing business processes • Good understanding of Dev Op • Strong stakeholder management experience • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to work across multiple projects • Must have self-motivated, passionate, flexible, demonstrate responsibility, ownership, individual contributor, excellent oral and written communication skills and good interpersonal skill • PMP Certification a MUST • Any CRM certifications is a PLUS
