Architect / Project Manager

Brooklyn Navy Yard, NYC Full-time | Primarily in-person Path Place Architecture is a Brooklyn-based architecture and design studio focused on thoughtful residential, retail, and small-scale commercial projects. Led by a female principal architect, our work is rooted in materiality, craftsmanship, and creating soulful, highly considered spaces. We are seeking an Architect / Project Manager with 5–8 years of experience to help lead projects from concept through construction. Responsibilities • Manage projects through all phases, including construction administration • Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors, schedules, and deliverables • Collaborate closely with the Principal Architect and design team • Review drawing sets and support technical coordination and permitting • Help maintain organized studio workflows and communication Qualifications • Professional degree in Architecture or related field • Experience with residential and/or interior architecture projects • Knowledge of NYC codes, permitting, and construction administration • Strong organizational and communication skills • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Workspace Compensation & Benefits • $82,000–$92,000, commensurate with experience and skill set • Health insurance • Citi Bike membership • 401(k) with employer match • Opportunity for growth within a small and expanding studio To apply, please send your resume, relevant work samples, availability and desired salary range, with a brief introduction to [email protected] .
