Senior Motion Designer

You will lead end-to-end creative execution across long-form projects that require both conceptual thinking and hands-on animation expertise. Working in a fast-paced, review-heavy environment, you will navigate rigorous med-legal approval cycles while maintaining a consistently high creative standard. This position offers the opportunity to own projects from concept to delivery, shaping visual direction and motion systems that influence healthcare communication programs. You will act as both creative lead and individual contributor, trusted to make real-time decisions that balance innovation with precision.
