OVERVIEW We’re not hiring a social media manager or a content strategist. We’re hiring someone who knows how to make content spread. You’ll join the team, working directly with a high-conviction, self-made serial entrepreneur to build and scale his personal brand. Someone who took an unconventional path, thinks in systems most people don’t see and has built across industries without relying on traditional frameworks. This isn’t a typical personal brand. It doesn’t follow the usual playbook when it comes to by background, thinking style or approach to building businesses. His perspective challenges assumptions across business, education and personal performance but grounded in discipline and real-world results. You’ll operate inside a stealth creative environment built for speed, sharp thinking and work that actually gets seen to shape a narrative that cuts through noise and earns attention because it’s worth paying attention to. WHAT YOU’LL DO This role requires experience building and activating a distribution network including leveraging affiliate-style systems, creator ecosystems and incentive structures to drive participation, sharing and sustained social amplification at scale. In this role you will: •Design and build a distribution engine, not a content calendar • Turn audiences into active “media” channels, not passive viewers • Develop and manage a network of creators, influencers and amplifiers • Create incentive structures that drive repeat participation and growth • Ensure content reaches critical mass across platforms without triggering suppression • Continuously test, adapt and scale what works • Work closely with creative to ensure ideas are built for spread, not just quality What You Must Have • Experience building or scaling network-led growth (affiliate systems, creator ecosystems, viral distribution loops, etc.) • Deep understanding of how content spreads across platforms—not just how it’s created • Ability to design incentives that drive behavior at scale • Strong intuition for algorithm dynamics and platform constraints • Comfort operating with speed, ambiguity, and high output WHAT WE’RE REALLY LOOKING FOR You’ve likely scaled something that got big—fast. You’ve worked in or around affiliate, creator, clipper or other growth ecosystems, figured things out without a playbook, and broken a few rules along the way (and learned from it). You don’t wait for perfect conditions—you build systems that create momentum. Most roles ask you to manage growth. This one asks you to engineer it. You won’t be buried in layers of approval or asked to play it safe, and you won’t spend your time polishing content that goes nowhere. You’ll have real ownership, real speed and real upside with a team that knows how to build things that actually move. This role is less social media manager, more growth hacker.
