Doing so requires us to invest significant resources into building this experience ourselves.</span></p> <h2>What you’ll do</h2> <h3>Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Develop a foundational understanding of our products, services, and features to assist customers effectively</li> <li>Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via emails, providing accurate information and resources</li> <li>Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues under the guidance of senior team members, escalating complex issues to appropriate departments</li> <li>Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided</li> <li>Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions using internal tools</li> <li>Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous learning initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge</li> <li>Engage in comprehensive training programs, seeking feedback and actively working on improving performance and developing professional skills</li> </ul> <h2>Who you are</h2> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply.&nbsp;</span></p> <h3>Minimum requirements</h3> <ul> <li>You have a user first mindset and are energized by the challenge of solving difficult problems</li> <li>You have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbally</li> <li>You excel in analytical thinking, open ended research, and problem solving</li> <li>You enjoy learning about technical products and processes, you are an organized, self-starter with passion for finding solutions</li> <li>You have a process-oriented mindset and ability to get things done</li> <li>You enjoy working in an in-office environment with strong cross team collaboration and support</li> <li>You are able to prioritize and enjoy working in a quick-moving environment</li> <li>You are humble and have a proven track record for working well across teams and with external partners</li> <li>You are a current student or have recently graduated in 2025/2026</li> </ul> <p>This is a 6 month Apprenticeship Intern Program, starting in July 2026 and run in accordance with the Apprentices Act 1961.</p>
