Application Support Engineer, Factory Software

What To Expect We are looking for a highly motivated application support engineer to join the Factory Software team. You will join a small, expert team that supports the operational health of the systems that manufacture our cars, superchargers, and energy storage. The ideal candidate will have a good balance of building relationships with users, solving technical problems and knowledge of enterprise level systems (MES, WMS,ERP). Our team runs 24x7, in tandem with the manufacturing and service facilities we support, and you will be needed on an on-call rotation and 10hr shift schedule. This means that you will work 4 days straight for 10 hours, followed by 3 days off.
