Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Hairstylist role based in Camp Hill, PA. The Hairstylist will consult with clients to understand their needs, recommend appropriate styles and treatments, and perform haircuts, coloring, styling, and other salon services in line with current trends and best practices. Daily responsibilities include preparing stations, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, managing appointment schedules, and recommending hair care products to support client results at home. The role also involves building strong client relationships, providing excellent service throughout each visit, and contributing to a positive, team-focused salon atmosphere. Qualifications • Strong Hair Styling and Hair Care skills, including cutting, coloring, treatments, and finishing techniques. • Cosmetology license in good standing in the state of Pennsylvania, with knowledge of salon safety and sanitation standards. • Customer Service and Communication skills to consult effectively, listen to client preferences, and provide a welcoming experience. • Ability to manage a schedule, prioritize tasks, and maintain a clean, organized workstation. • Comfort with learning new techniques, participating in ongoing training, and keeping up with industry trends. • Previous salon experience is preferred, especially in a client-facing, commission or chair-rental environment. • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions required for salon services.
