About the Opportunity: The Staff Site Reliability Engineer role is integral to maintaining and evolving the organization’s cloud-based identity platform infrastructure. This position focuses on designing, deploying, and supporting scalable, resilient cloud services, ensuring continuous delivery and operational excellence. The role contributes by enhancing infrastructure automation, security, and reliability, directly impacting the platform's ability to serve demanding enterprise customers. Responsibilities: Collaborate and independently design solutions for cloud-hosted production infrastructure Review and provide feedback on engineering deliverables Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for mission-critical software Build and support resilient, observable, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure and security technologies Communicate effectively across teams and share expertise to support team growth Participate in planning and continuous improvement initiatives Evaluate and select appropriate technologies Engage in on-call rotation for cloud solution maintenance Qualifications: Experience with scalable, distributed systems architecture Proficiency with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform Programming experience in Go (Golang) Kubernetes orchestration and Docker containerization experience Ability to define and implement automated service deployments including networking, security, and configuration management Strong understanding of deployment automation best practices Experience using Git in collaborative environments Computer Science degree or equivalent experience Preferred Skills: Deep knowledge of networking including routing, security, and failure modes Familiarity with identity and access management Experience with instrumentation and automated deployment management Background in resolving customer deployment issues Experience working with globally distributed teams Understanding of CI/CD processes and pipeline construction Pay Range and Compensation Package: Compensation Range: $136,301-$170,000 Final compensation will be determined by factors such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
