Product Manager (Pick-to-Light & Warehouse IoT)

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to own the full lifecycle of our Pick-to-Light, Put-to-Light, and IoT-enabled intelligent indication product lines, serving smart warehouse intralogistics and lean manufacturing markets across North America and Europe. You will lead market research, competitive benchmarking, 3-year product roadmap planning, and end-to-end new product development, collaborating closely with China R&D, US sales, FAE teams, and system integrators to drive regional business growth and solution localization. Key Responsibilities Identify market trends and customer requirements for warehouse automation, error-proof assembly, and IO-Link / wireless IoT indication applications Define product positioning, pricing strategy, and roadmap for wired & wireless picking indicator portfolios Lead full NPD process from requirement definition, prototyping, certification to mass production Own regional pricing, channel strategy, sales enablement, and key project solution customization Collect competitive intelligence and drive continuous product iteration and cost optimization Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or Industrial Automation Engineering 4+ years product management experience in pick-to-light, machine indicators or warehouse automation products Solid knowledge of IO-Link, Modbus, and wireless IoT communication protocols Familiar with North American intralogistics and automotive industry applications Proven full-cycle NPD experience and cross-regional teamwork capability US-based with fluent business English; occasional domestic travel required Preferred Existing network and deep understanding of North American SI, 3PL and e-commerce fulfillment markets Hands-on experience with cloud-connected IoT smart lighting / indication solutions Benefits 100% fully remote work US federal holidays + generous annual PTO 401(k) company matching
