Responsibilities • Complete PLACE Launch to get fully up to speed on our systems and standards • Execute PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly, consistent basis • Convert and nurture Zillow Preferred leads with urgency, professionalism, and follow‑through • Consult with buyers; convert with signed buyer agreements • Consult with sellers; convert to listings and market homes with a high‑touch, strategic approach • Negotiate offers on behalf of clients with skill and confidence • Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategy, staging, and full‑service listing support • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities into scheduled appointments • Conduct two open houses per month, consistently • Track all tasks and activities in PLACE Technology • Participate in weekly script practice, team activities, and the Partner Call • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching and ongoing training Qualifications You’re a self‑driven sales professional with a competitive edge and a genuine passion for helping people.
