We combine deep asset management and engineering expertise with modern enterprise asset management technology and data to help clients move from reactive maintenance to intelligent, insight-led asset management. From shaping maintenance and reliability strategy to implementing platforms such as IBM Maximo and connecting operational technology (OT) with core information technology (IT), we help asset-intensive organisations run their networks and plant more safely, sustainably and cost-effectively.</p> <h3><span style="color: rgb(0, 53, 142);"><span data-contrast="none">What you will be doing</span></span></h3> <ul> <li>You'll lead the design and delivery of asset management and operational transformations and improvement programs for asset-intensive clients across energy, utilities and major infrastructure companies – including current-state assessment and target operating model design through to implementation and adoption.</li> <li>You will help clients shift to risk/condition based and predictive maintenance strategies driving improvements in asset performance across the whole asset lifecycle.</li> <li>You'll lead providing advisory services related to and optimisation of EAM / CMMS platforms such as IBM Maximo – shaping user requirements, configuration, data migration and integrations with ERP, SCADA, condition monitoring platforms.</li> <li>You'll bring IT and OT together – defining how asset systems, data and cyber-security governance operate end-to-end, and establishing change control, data ownership (RACI) and support models that keep critical systems reliable and secure.</li> <li>You will help clients plan and shape the overall digital, technology, AI landscape for asset optimisation</li> <li>You'll manage day-to-day client relationships and, at Manager / Senior Manager level, hold commercial and delivery accountability for engagements – owning scope, risk, quality and margin.</li> <li>You'll build and coach high-performing teams, developing junior colleagues and creating an inclusive, People First environment.</li> <li>You'll help grow our rapidly expanding asset management and operations practice – shaping propositions, contributing to proposals and building trusted, lasting client relationships.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <h3><span style="color: rgb(0, 53, 142);"><span data-contrast="none">Your skills and experience</span></span></h3> <ul> <li>You've built your career in asset management or asset-intensive operations – in energy, utilities, oil and gas, manufacturing or a comparable sector – with a strong grounding in asset lifecycle management and maintenance and reliability principles.</li> <li>You've hands-on experience of Enterprise Asset Management and CMMS platforms such as IBM Maximo, (which may include implementation, configuration or product ownership)</li> <li>You understand how asset management systems connect to the wider technology landscape – ERP, SCADA, condition-based monitoring, data historians and asset / master data – and you can bridge IT and OT to make that ecosystem work.</li> <li>You've a strong appreciation of OT/IT integration and change governance – management of change, change control boards, data governance and RACI, and tiered (L1–L3) support models for critical asset systems.</li> <li>You've delivered change in a consulting, transformation or major-programme environment, comfortable owning workstreams, managing senior stakeholders and turning analysis into practical outcomes that stick.</li> <li>You've excellent analytical, communication and facilitation skills, and you're confident leading workshops and engaging senior client stakeholders.</li> <li>You will have an understanding on how emergent technologies and Artificial Intelligence (AI) is evolving in the asset management and operations arena.
