Video Content Producer & Creative Lead 📍 Jacksonville/St Augustine, FL (on-location shoots required) 💼 Full-Time About Us We operate three fast-growing media brands in Northeast Florida: • A real estate YouTube channel helping families relocate to St. Johns County • A real estate coaching and education brand • A Jacksonville local media brand reaching 46,000+ followers and over 1M monthly views Content drives everything we do. Our growth, audience, leads, partnerships, and future opportunities all depend on consistent, high-quality video content. We are looking for someone who wants to help build something — not just show up and shoot videos. About the Role This is not a freelance-style videographer position where you simply capture footage and send files. We are looking for a highly organized content producer who can help own the full production process — planning shoots, directing talent on camera, organizing footage, coordinating with editors, and helping maintain consistent content output across multiple brands. You’ll work closely with Josh Rogers and Kelly Melody to turn ideas into polished, high-performing content across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and short-form platforms. What You’ll Do • Manage and execute weekly shoot schedules across multiple brands • Scout locations, prepare equipment, and organize shoot logistics • Direct on-camera talent during shoots for pacing, framing, delivery, and energy • Capture high-quality video and audio content on location • Organize footage and hand off assets to remote editors • Create clear edit notes and production briefs • Review edited content and communicate revisions • Collaborate on content ideas, trends, hooks, and video strategy • Help maintain a consistent publishing rhythm across all brands What Makes You a Great Fit • 2+ years of professional video production experience • Experience filming and directing real people (not just cinematic reels or events) • Strong understanding of short-form social content and what performs online • Highly organized and dependable • Comfortable taking initiative and managing moving pieces independently • Jacksonville-based and available for regular local shoots • You own professional camera equipment (Sony, Canon, or equivalent) Bonus Points • Experience with YouTube production • Real estate or local media experience • Experience managing or briefing remote editors • Familiarity with Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve • Knowledge of Jacksonville neighborhoods and local businesses Compensation • $45,000–$65,000/year depending on experience • Opportunity for long-term growth as the brands continue expanding How to Apply Please apply here: Video Content Producer Application https://www.joshrogersrealestate.com/video-content-producer Please include: • Portfolio or social links • Examples of content you’ve personally produced • Answers to the questions in the application form We care far more about your ability to create engaging content, stay organized, and execute consistently than flashy cinematic edits alone.
