Hello, We are looking for an experienced Account Manager – Digital Marketing & Client Success to manage and grow client relationships across digital marketing, reputation management, and web services. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts • Build strong relationships with clients and understand their business goals • Maintain regular communication and provide recommendations • Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and long-term account growth • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across WebiMax services Account Coordination & Delivery • Manage multiple digital marketing and website service accounts simultaneously • Coordinate with internal teams across SEO, Paid Media / PPC, social media, Reputation Management, Content, Design, and Web Development • Ensure campaigns and deliverables are completed accurately and on time • Monitor progress and proactively resolve issues Client Growth & Engagement • Lead Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) with clients to review performance, wins, priorities, and next steps • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Annual Business Reviews (ABRs) focused on account performance, ROI, and growth opportunities • Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives including personalized outreach and client engagement campaigns • Coordinate client gifting and appreciation initiatives such as milestone recognition, holiday gifting, and relationship touchpoints • Partner with internal teams to support client renewals and retention Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field • 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing Account Management / Client Services • Strong understanding of: SEO, Paid Media / PPC, Social Media Marketing, Reputation Management / • Review Management, Website Development, and Digital campaign workflows • Experience managing multiple client accounts in an agency environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organization and relationship management skills • Experience with CRM / project tools such as HubSpot, ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com preferred Preferred / Plus • Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) • Experience conducting MBRs, QBRs, and ABRs • Experience with client gifting / appreciation initiatives • Experience working with local and small business clients Why Join WebiMax? • Join an established digital marketing agency with 17+ years of success • Work with 8,000+ businesses across the U.S. • Be part of a fast-growing global organization backed by Vertoz • Collaborative and growth-focused team culture Apply Now If you are passionate about digital marketing, client success, and driving business growth, we would love to hear from you.
