UX Designer 📍 Remote — United States 🕒 Full-Time 💼 Mid-Level We’re looking for a creative and user-focused UX Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll help design intuitive, engaging, and accessible digital experiences that align with both user needs and business goals. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle. This position is ideal for someone passionate about human-centered design, usability, interaction design, and solving complex user experience challenges. What You’ll Do Design user-centered experiences for web and/or mobile applications Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs Collaborate with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle Translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive design solutions Contribute to and maintain design systems and UI consistency standards Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and usability insights Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and usability best practices are incorporated into designs Present design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders and team members Stay updated on UX trends, emerging tools, and industry best practices What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field — or equivalent practical experience 2–5 years of experience in UX design, product design, or related roles Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design processes and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms Strong understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design Experience conducting user research and interpreting user feedback Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills Strong attention to detail and visual design sensibility Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment Must be based in the United States and authorized to work in the U.S. Nice to Have Experience designing SaaS, enterprise, mobile, or consumer-facing applications Familiarity with design systems and component libraries Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts Experience with analytics or user behavior tracking tools Knowledge of Agile or product-led development environments What We Offer Fully remote work within the United States Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package Opportunity to work on impactful and user-focused products Career growth and professional development opportunities Collaborative and innovative design culture Flexible remote work environment and supportive leadership
