Everything we build is rooted in supporting our employees (we call them Snoos) by providing opportunities for them to do their best work through innovative workplaces and engagements.</p> <p>This role will be a part of Experience’s Content and Community team, responsible for the execution and day-to-day management of employee experience programs that drive engagement, connection, and community across Reddit. This role partners closely with the Content &amp; Community Manager to bring programs to life with excellence and consistency. They ensure programs are well-run, scalable, and aligned with the broader Experience strategy, while maintaining a strong focus on employee participation and operational rigor.</p> <p>This role will lead execution of core Experience programs, including day-to-day operations and support for:</p> <ul> <li>our <strong>ERGs</strong> (employee resource groups),</li> <li><strong>new hire onboarding</strong> (aka Reddit Odyssey),</li> <li><strong>Snoo Community Funds</strong> (quarterly grants to fund local employee events and pop-up offices),</li> <li><strong>partnering on Experience programs across the team&nbsp;</strong>(e.g., year-end event, experiences for top talent, internal speaker series, &amp; more), and</li> <li><strong>partnering on Experience content&nbsp;</strong>(from decks to larger-scale virtual video projects).&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>You must be passionate about ERGs, new hires, events, <em>and</em> building creative programming for Reddit employees (aka “Snoos”) to thrive in this role.
