Software Engineer

A leading financial services company is looking for a Full Stack Engineer. You will join a dynamic, startup-minded team within the investment technology organization to design and implement high-impact digital solutions. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver scalable, high-quality software in an agile, fast-paced environment. What You'll Be Doing Design, develop, code, and test complex technical solutions for a new investment services platform. Investigate and resolve complex application and system technical problems through advanced troubleshooting. Improve operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes to policies and procedures. Participate in design reviews and mentor junior engineers while conducting peer code reviews. Ensure risks associated with business activities are identified and controlled in accordance with compliance policies. What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience in a technical field. 4 years of software development experience with a deep technical understanding of enterprise disciplines. 2 years of experience delivering technology solutions across the full software development lifecycle. Proficiency in Java and a basic understanding of languages such as Go, JavaScript, SQL, HTML, and CSS.
