Description
Leidos is seeking a Project Manager to support the Antarctic Support Contract (ASC) team. This position is responsible for independently leading and delivering complex, long-term construction and facilities projects in alignment with program objectives. The Project Manager is accountable for overall project performance, including scope, schedule, cost, and risk, and provides clear, accurate, and timely status reporting to stakeholders.
This role requires the ability to proactively and independently define project scope, lead planning efforts, and engage cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and execution.
The Project
Manager integrates scope, schedule, resources, and risks into a cohesive execution strategy that minimizes impacts to ongoing operations, while making sound decisions with minimal direction. Success in this role requires strong judgment, executive-level communication, and the ability to anticipate risks, influence decisions, and drive resolution across organizational boundaries.
