PE and Real Estate Transaction Manager (Middle Office) @ Global Investment Fund

Our client is a Global Investment Manager that has been building out their internal teams within Private Equity Fund Sectors. This team would be handling Private Equity and Real Estate Investments. They have opened a newly created at AVP level for their Transaction Management Team supporting their Investment/Deal Team. This team is responsible for investment transaction deal closing support. Responsibilities • Drive transaction execution, deal compliance, resolutions, and executive approvals. • Support Investment/Deal Team; working with Finance, Tax, and Legal to close deals. • Analyze transaction equity documents and direct finance funding • Lead and handle inquires from internal and external team • Manage transactions and deal pipeline Requirements • Bachelor Degree is a Must • 8 - 12 years experienced in transaction management documentation support or deal closing • Strong Experience analyzing Private Equity and real estate transaction deal documents Our client is a total compensation organization where you will be eligible for a base salary and discretionary performance bonus, including benefits. The estimated base salary range for this position is $185,000-220,000 plus bonus.
