Salary: $5,000/mo - $12,000/mo Why Join Us: Role Responsibilities • Build and maintain scalable, automated ETL pipelines to support LLM-based systems and broader AI products • Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to evaluate model, feature, and agent performance • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists in agile teams to define requirements and deliver features • Participate in agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives • Instrument production systems for performance monitoring, user behavior tracking, and system health • Partner with analytics teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility across the organization • Work closely with infrastructure teams to deploy and monitor model endpoints and workflows in production • Contribute to documentation, code reviews, and team knowledge sharing to drive engineering excellence Qualitications Required • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field • 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering, data engineering, or AI/ML-focused roles • Experience designing and maintaining robust ETL processes using tools like Airflow, Spark, dbt, or custom data pipelines • Familiarity with A/B testing tools, statistical evaluation metrics, and experimentation platforms • Solid understanding of Agile principles and experience working in Scrum or Kanban development teams • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with unit testing, Git, and CI/CD workflows • Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and experience with data lakes, warehousing, and storage systems Preferred • Background in building or integrating AI/LLM models into production applications • Experience working with modern ML infrastructure (e.g., MLFlow, SageMaker, Vertex AI) • Exposure to analytics tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar) • Knowledge of data privacy and compliance concerns related to AI and user data
