Volunteer: CRM Optimization—Constant Contact

This is a volunteer opportunity provided by Taproot Foundation, a nonprofit creating social change through pro bono connections. We currently use Constant Contact. Help us make the most out of our CRM! We’re looking for a volunteer to assess our current CRM system and identify ways we can use it to meet our needs more effectively, including potential integrations with other tools we’re using. Once the volunteer implements the recommended changes, we’d like a brief training session and/or documented guidelines to follow so that we can maintain the CRM going forward. The mission of Disability Partnerships is to improve the quality of life for people with disabilities. This project will help us learn more about the participants of our programs and better meet their needs. We have already selected a CRM and are ready to share credentials with a volunteer. We’ll come prepared with details about the specific types of data we want to collect, our goals for using the CRM, and a list of any other tools or software we use.
