Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President of Sales. The VP of Sales will lead and oversee sales operations, manage and develop the sales team, and drive the execution of strategic business development initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting sales goals, devising and implementing strategies to meet revenue targets, managing client relationships, and identifying growth opportunities to expand market presence. The ideal candidate will serve as a visionary leader who inspires the team and fosters strong partnerships across the organization and with clients. Qualifications Proven experience in Sales and Business Development, with a focus on achieving and exceeding revenue goals Proficiency in Sales Management and Sales Operations, including team leadership and process improvement Strong Account Management skills to build and nurture client relationships Strategic leadership abilities to develop and execute business-driven initiatives Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage a distributed team Proven track record in driving sales growth, preferably in sports, technology, or a related field Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline; MBA is a plus
