Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Aesthetician based in Charlotte, NC. Responsibilities include performing advanced aesthetic treatments such as laser hair removal, radiofrequency, microneedling, and other non-surgical rejuvenation therapies, while educating patients on treatment options and skincare recommendations. Our practice is located in the heart of SouthPark and offers an upscale, welcoming environment with a loyal patient base and strong team culture. Qualifications Understanding of patient safety and treatment contraindications Proficiency in laser hair removal, microneedling, and other advanced aesthetic procedures State licensure or certification as an Aesthetician required Excellent communication, customer service, and patient relationship-building skills Saturday availability required as part of our patient-focused schedule Previous experience in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic practice preferred Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay plus commission on services and retail products sold Healthcare benefits for eligible full-time employees Paid time off and paid holidays Professional growth opportunities Supportive and positive team culture
