Each treatment is customized to align with the client's unique skin biology and personal goals. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Aesthetician role based in Johnson Creek, WI. The Medical Aesthetician will be responsible for performing a range of non-invasive treatments such as laser hair removal, microneedling, customized facials, and advanced skincare services. This role also involves evaluating client needs, providing expert skin care recommendations, maintaining treatment rooms, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and delivering outstanding customer service. The candidate will work collaboratively in a clinical setting to provide results-driven treatments and foster positive client relationships. Qualifications Proficiency in performing treatments including Laser Hair Removal, Hair Removal, and Microneedling Foundational knowledge of Aesthetic Medicine and its principles Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on fostering client confidence and satisfaction State licensure as an Aesthetician or Cosmetologist (or eligibility for licensure in Wisconsin) Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and professional clinical environment Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented setting Previous experience in a medical spa or clinical aesthetic setting is an asset
