About the Role
Join a fast-moving B2B performance marketing and lead generation agency that partners with companies across industries to help them acquire more qualified customers, reduce acquisition costs, and scale profitably. Growth here means both what the team delivers for clients every day and how the team itself operates — with speed, ownership, and proprietary in-house tooling that sets the agency apart from traditional players.
This is a hands-on execution role, not consulting. You will develop strategies and carry them out yourself — from building automations to running multichannel outbound campaigns — using tools built internally because off-the-shelf simply isn't fast enough.
What You'll Do
Work across a diverse portfolio of B2B clients spanning multiple industries and business models.
Design and execute multichannel outbound and performance marketing strategies (paid social, SEA, signal-based outreach, email).
Build and maintain automations to streamline workflows and improve campaign efficiency.
Leverage data enrichment and AI-assisted tooling (e.g. Clay, Make, OpenAI integrations) to personalise outreach at scale.
Integrate with client CRM systems (e.g. Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot) and contribute to reporting infrastructure.
Communicate directly with clients and internal stakeholders — honestly, clearly, and with conviction.
Reflect on results, learn from mistakes, and continuously raise the bar for yourself and those around you.
What We're Looking For
Required:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
1–3 years of experience in a fast-moving environment such as a startup, consulting firm, or venture capital setting.
Hands-on experience in multichannel outbound or performance marketing.
Practical ability to build automations and streamline workflows.
Strong sales instinct and communication skills — you can write compelling copy and close a conversation.
Full professional fluency in both German and English (spoken and written).
A reflective, growth-oriented mindset — you learn from feedback and push yourself to improve.
Ability to work on-site in Berlin (visa sponsorship is not available).
Nice to have:
Familiarity with tools such as Clay, Make, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
Prior agency experience or exposure to multiple client contexts simultaneously.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: €65,000 – €80,000 per year (depending on experience)

This role is based in Berlin, Germany (hybrid). Candidates must be available to work on-site regularly. Visa sponsorship is not available.
