They've raised significant funding ($50M+) and are experiencing strong growth with ~500K subscribers and 2.5M+ accounts opened. Opportunity As they scale, they need experienced technical leadership to help them navigate the challenges of rapid growth. They're looking for someone who can provide both strategic vision and tactical execution to help the engineering organization evolve. What We Need A direct technical leader who can clearly articulate what needs to be done while being deeply involved in implementation details. This person should be an expert in all aspects of engineering and ideally product as well. Engagement Model Start fractional (part‑time) to assess the organization and develop strategic plans.
