Product Manager, Entry Level

Why Join Us Build real, production AI agents used by real users High ownership and impact Work at the intersection of AI, agents, and product Shape how people experience AI-driven job search Responsibilities Take full ownership of AI agent features across their entire lifecycle - from scoping and ideation through to launch, monitoring, and iteration Analyze user feedback, competitive signals, and product data to prioritize what to build next Produce clear wireframes, user stories, and PRDs that translate real user needs into concrete engineering work Run user research and usability tests to confirm that our agents are meaningfully solving career challenges Qualification Required Recent grad or early-career professional (0–2 years) with a background in Computer Science, Business, Human-Computer Interaction, or similar Genuine enthusiasm for AI and a working understanding of how LLMs and autonomous agents operate Strong communicator - able to clearly articulate product decisions and the reasoning behind them to both technical and non-technical audiences Highly organized and dependable, with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams in a fast-moving startup environment Must be based in and authorized to work in the United States Preferred Prior experience in a product management, project coordination, or startup role (internship counts) Hands-on exposure to prototyping tools like Figma or Balsamiq, and project tools like Jira or Linear A track record of turning vague, ambiguous problems into structured, actionable plans
