Why Join Us Ship production AI agents that solve real problems for real users Significant autonomy and direct impact on product direction Work at the crossroads of cutting-edge AI research and consumer product Play a defining role in shaping the future of AI-driven career guidance Responsibilities Design and iterate on autonomous AI agents capable of navigating complex, multi-step environments to deliver meaningful user outcomes Architect and optimize prompt engineering pipelines and multi-agent coordination systems that power core product features Integrate LLMs into the Jobright platform with a focus on response quality, latency, and reliability at scale Partner closely with product and engineering to turn user requirements into robust, AI-driven features Build and maintain RAG systems and contribute to model fine-tuning efforts that improve agent accuracy and contextual relevance Qualifications Required Recent grad or early-career engineer (0–2 years) with a degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical discipline Solid command of Python and hands-on experience with LLM APIs - OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source alternatives via Hugging Face Working knowledge of agentic architectures, prompt chaining, and the evolving generative AI landscape Strong software engineering fundamentals: RESTful APIs, async programming, and Git-based workflows Must be based in and authorized to work in the United States Preferred Internship or project experience building AI applications, chatbots, or agent-based systems Exposure to agent frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, or similar orchestration tools Experience with vector databases and semantic search pipelines Familiarity with front-end or full-stack development to help close the loop between AI logic and the user interface
