Financial Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY The Financial Analyst will perform a variety of analytical functions to support assigned areas of the business, providing financial analysis to various business and Finance leaders. He/she will be responsible for proactively and independently assisting in the planning and forecasting processes of the company and developing ad-hoc analytics on key business drivers. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Prepare monthly reports including detailed variance analysis that improve financial status. • Assist with the completion of the annual budget and quarterly forecasting process. • Performs product line profitability analyses • Partner with business leaders to provide thoughtful, action-oriented financial support by assembling/summarizing data. • Increase productivity by automating processes. • Work with various business leads on development of standardized financial analysis and reporting. • Participate in due diligence efforts as needed. Experience: 3+ years related experience in financial analysis and budgeting Computer Skills: Experience with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Power Point. Heavy use of MS Excel v-lookups and pivot tables.
