Senior Finance Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join our team on a 6–9 month hybrid contract. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with account teams and internal stakeholders to evaluate financial results, support client reporting, and deliver insights that drive informed business decisions. What You’ll Do • Review and analyze purchasing trends, financial results, and client incentive programs across an assigned portfolio • Collaborate with National Account Executives to track performance metrics, KPIs, budgets, and forecasts • Develop and deliver client-level reporting and financial insights to support growth initiatives • Maintain and validate financial terms within systems to ensure alignment with contractual agreements • Assist with compliance reporting, government requirements, and various ad hoc projects What We’re Looking For • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA a plus) with 5–8 years of experience • Solid understanding of GAAP and internal controls • Advanced proficiency in Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and modeling) • Experience working with SQL for data extraction and analysis • Familiarity with Power BI for building dashboards and reports • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams #INDTPGPortland About the Company: Top Prospect Group LLC Top Prospect Group founders and management team offer more than 75 years of combined experience in Information Technology, Creative & Marketing, and Finance & Accounting staffing and solutions.
