Tasks
- You will support the team in the area of software testing and software quality assurance.
- You are responsible for ensuring our high software quality standards regarding functionality, UX, security, performance, and reliability.
- You will conduct manual and automated software tests (unit, integration, end-to-end, system, regression) based on requirements and risks, and independently plan the test scope.
- You will define and maintain test cases, test plans, and test strategies.
- As a direct interface, you will hand over your documented error analysis to development.
- You will be part of our agile team and participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
- You will also support the team in 2nd and 3rd level support.
Requirements
Must-Haves:
- 3+ years professional experience in software testing (manual & automated)
- Native-level German proficiency
- On-site availability in Nürnberg (hybrid, not full remote)
- Experience with test automation, integration & unit testing
- Programming knowledge in JavaScript and C#
Nice-to-Haves:
- ISTQB certification
- Experience with Scrum/agile processes
- Background in web application testing
- Previous software development experience
