State Licensed Demand Generation Associate drives outbound acquisition efforts in a full-time role by identifying, sourcing, and engaging high-potential prospects to build a customer pipeline for VIP player acquisition. Key Responsibilities Own demand generation efforts from initial prospect research through light qualification and handoff Source and enrich prospective player data through public research, internal tools, and referrals Execute structured multi-channel outreach campaigns in compliance with regulatory standards Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree with 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role Competitive and proactive mindset for outbound outreach and relationship-building Strong research and organizational skills with the ability to learn new tools quickly Coachability and adaptability in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Ability to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses
