About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of AI-powered and automation-driven capabilities within our vertical SaaS platform. This role will focus on improving customer workflows through intelligent tools that increase efficiency, accuracy, and business impact. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, sales, and customer success to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy & • Discovery Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to core customer workflows Conduct user research and translate insights into product requirements Define and maintain a roadmap aligned with company objectives Evaluate market trends and emerging technologies AI & • Automation Development Lead the design of AI-assisted and data-driven product features Partner with engineering and data teams on model integration and evaluation Ensure solutions are reliable, explainable, and user-friendly Support human-in-the-loop and quality control processes Execution & • Delivery Write clear product specifications and acceptance criteria Prioritize initiatives based on customer value and business impact Manage product development from concept to launch Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement Go-To-Market & • Adoption Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on launches Support product positioning and customer enablement Track adoption, engagement, and retention metrics Incorporate customer feedback into product iterations Required 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS Experience delivering workflow-oriented or data-driven products Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Experience working with cross-functional teams Preferred Experience with AI/ML-powered products Familiarity with modern data platforms and APIs Background in vertical SaaS or industry-specific software Experience with mobile or cloud-based platforms Familiarity with construction workflows, especially pre-construction processes such as material takeoff and estimating Experience with CAD and/or BIM systems and related design workflows Fully remote Unlimited PTO Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401K match $75 monthly wellness stipend ArcSite is an equal opportunity employer and fosters an inclusive environment.
