Transforming sales enablement from the ground up, the full-time remote Sales Enablement Director will develop and enhance onboarding programs, maintain pitch resources, and provide ongoing coaching to sales representatives in a dynamic AI-focused environment. Key responsibilities Own and continuously improve the 4-week AE onboarding program, ensuring it remains relevant and useful for new hires Maintain and expand the pitch deck and talk track library to reflect current product offerings and competitive landscape Design and run a rigorous pitch certification program, providing real feedback and support for sales representatives Required qualifications 8+ years in sales enablement or sales training within a technical B2B company Proven experience building an enablement program from scratch Direct coaching experience with Account Executives (AEs) on a one-on-one basis Strong writing skills for creating effective pitch decks, talk tracks, and training materials Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with frequently changing product roadmaps
