Logistics / Operations Coordinator

A transportation company is seeking a Logistics / Operations Coordinator to join our team. Requirements: • Fluent in both English and Mandarin(speaking, reading, and writing) • Previous experience in transportation, logistics, dispatch, or fleet operations preferred • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Able to communicate professionally with insurance companies, rental car companies, police departments, and roadside assistance providers • Responsible, organized, and able to handle emergency situations calmly • Familiar with basic office and computer operations Job Responsibilities: • Handle vehicle insurance matters and claims • Coordinate with rental car companies • Arrange roadside assistance and emergency support remotely • Communicate with police and related agencies when needed • Assist with fleet and operational support • Maintain records and follow up on ongoing cases Schedule: Monday – Friday, daytime shift Location: Federal Blovd, Carteret NJ 07018 Salary: Negotiable Please send your resume to: Email: [email protected] Phone: 347-527-6323
