In this role you will oversee end to end Intern and New Grad hiring, focusing on recruiter development and outstanding performance in achieving hiring goals. You also will spearhead the internship and apprentice programs globally to include, on-boarding, intern experience and HR escalations.</p> <h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2> <p>In this position, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, influencing the future of the early talent strategy, overseeing the development and direct management of a group of recruiters, leading cross-functional projects, and handling reporting and performance management. We are looking for someone who is a proactive builder and excels in a learning-oriented environment—someone who is eager to explore new ideas, experiment with different approaches, and is open to feedback on improving our processes. You will collaborate closely with recruiting leaders to implement key programs and initiatives that strengthen Stripe’s efforts to attract, recruit, and retain a diverse range of interns and new grads.</p> <h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Lead a team of full-cycle UR recruiters to ensure exceptional performance, enhance their recruiting skills, and support their professional growth.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with senior leaders throughout the organization to comprehend their early talent hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies to meet headcount targets.</li> <li>Create and implement a clear diversity strategy in partnership with universities and early talent conferences and organisations globally.</li> <li>Work collaboratively with departments such as Finance, People Operations, Benefits, Onboarding, and Legal to provide a high-quality and comprehensive candidate experience.</li> <li>Regularly cultivate a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates by driving initiatives in branding, events, and employee referrals.</li> <li>Provide timely reporting of key metrics and insights to inform decision-making and improve processes.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who you are</strong></p> <p>We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role.
