Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic General Manager to lead our fast-paced, customer-focused fast food restaurant. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive business growth through effective team management and operational excellence. Duties
• Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service delivery to ensure high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Supervise staff training, development, and performance management to build a motivated and skilled team.
• Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food safety protocols to minimize waste and ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reporting with accuracy and integrity.
• Manage shift schedules, monitor customer service standards, and resolve any operational issues promptly to maintain smooth daily operations.
• Conduct staff interviews, hiring processes, and ongoing training initiatives to foster a strong team environment.
• Implement budgeting strategies, monitor financial performance, and identify opportunities for revenue growth while controlling costs.
Requirements
• Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with supervising responsibilities.
• Extensive knowledge of food handling, food safety standards, kitchen management, and culinary processes.
• Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with cash handling procedures.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train staff effectively in food preparation, customer service, and operational procedures.
• Background in hospitality management or restaurant experience across casual dining or fine dining settings; banquet or catering experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills for interviewing candidates and managing team dynamics.
• Ability to oversee food production processes while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Pay: $93,600.00 - $140,000.00 per year
