Description

For our client, we are seeking a Product Manager Member Growth to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This role will shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution. You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance within a consumer-facing environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $140,000 – $160,000 annually Responsibilities Own product discovery and delivery for a defined area of the member growth funnel Partner with Growth Marketing, Engineering, Design, and Data Science to prioritize and execute improvements Define hypotheses, success metrics, and experiment plans; run A/B tests and analyze results Translate research and data into clear product requirements and execution plans Collaborate on improvements to subscription flows and member journeys Communicate progress and learnings to stakeholders and leadership Participate in planning and continuous improvement rituals Qualifications 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in growth, retention, or lifecycle-focused roles Experience working on subscription, membership, or e-commerce products Demonstrated success improving acquisition, onboarding, engagement, or retention metrics Strong analytical skills and comfort with data management Experience shipping experiments and iterating based on results Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to influence without authority Clear communicator, aligning stakeholders around goals, tradeoffs, and outcomes Passion for the company’s mission and empathy for members Benefits Comprehensive health benefits (including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability) 401k plan 9 Observed Holidays Flexible Paid Time Off Subsidized fitness membership Free the company membership with an employee discount Coverage for life coaching and therapy sessions Work in a beautiful office in Playa Vista Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
