For our client, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager - Identity & Eligibility to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution. You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance within a healthcare environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $145,000 – $155,000 annually
Responsibilities
Own the product roadmap for identity, authentication, and eligibility management
Define and simplify data models for member eligibility and benefits coverage
Collaborate with engineering to ensure real-time eligibility determination for Member care experiences
Balance user-friendly access with robust security standards
Build tooling for internal teams to manage eligibility lookups and troubleshooting
Set reliability, accuracy, and performance targets for eligibility systems and ensure cross-departmental accountability
Monitor key metrics across enrollment and access processes
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in product management focusing on platform, identity, data, or infrastructure products
Deep knowledge of identity and access management concepts: SSO, OAuth, member matching, and eligibility file management
Strong data fluency with the ability to define metrics and use data for decision-making
Experience in healthcare or benefits, understanding the principles of Member information management
Exceptional collaborator, able to convey complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders
A curious mindset, with a passion for exploring and improving systems
Humility and problem-solving skills, valuable in a rapidly changing environment
