CNC Machinist – Production DepartmentDay Shift & Night Shift Available We are currently hiring experienced CNC Machinists for our production department on both day and night shift. We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals with strong setup and machining experience who can help maintain quality and production efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: • Setup and operate CNC mills, lathes, and machining centers • Run production parts while maintaining tight tolerances and quality standards • Read and interpret blueprints and inspection requirements • Load tooling, fixtures, and materials • Make offsets and minor program adjustments as needed • Inspect parts using standard measuring equipment • Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues • Maintain clean and organized work areas • Work closely with programmers and production team to improve efficiency Experience Preferred: • CNC mill and/or lathe experience • Experience with: • 3-Axis and 4-Axis machining • Horizontal machining centers • Live tooling lathes • Setup experience strongly preferred • Ability to work independently and maintain production output • Familiarity with tight tolerance machining Requirements: • Strong mechanical aptitude • Reliable attendance and positive attitude • Ability to work in a team environment • Attention to detail and quality • Willingness to learn and grow Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience and capability. Typical pay range: • Operators: $22–$30/hr • Setup Machinists: $30–$40/hr Night shift differential available. Modern equipment, steady work, overtime opportunities, and long-term growth potential.
