Technical Product Manager – AI & Machine Learning

Job Description Job Title: Technical Product Manager – AI Overview / Summary We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy and adoption of AI and machine learning solutions that support engineering workflows. This role focuses on driving adoption of AI tools, building proof-of-concepts using low-code/no-code platforms, and translating business needs into scalable product solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and act as a champion for AI-driven innovation. Key Responsibilities Act as a product champion for AI tools and drive adoption among engineering teams Identify workflow pain points and translate them into new product features Lead workshops, internal demos, and knowledge-sharing sessions Develop rapid proof-of-concepts using low-code/no-code platforms Validate technical feasibility and user value through prototyping Build business cases and define KPIs to measure product impact Track ROI and report progress to leadership Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, data engineers, and API teams Ensure integration of AI tools within existing engineering workflows and systems Partner with data teams to support access to high-quality data for model development Required Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in a relevant field Bachelor’s degree Strong experience with Jira Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to translate business needs into actionable product requirements Understanding of application development and delivery processes Experience working with cross-functional teams Proactive mindset with strong ownership and initiative Interest in applying AI concepts to improve products and processes Domain knowledge in electrical, software, or systems engineering Understanding of engineering systems, architectures, and communication protocols What Makes HTC A Great Place To Build Your Future HTC Global Services wants you to join our team.
