Role Description This is a full-time on-site role, located in Conover, NC, for a Growth Hacker. The Growth Hacker will be responsible for designing and executing innovative growth strategies to acquire, retain, and engage customers. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, optimizing marketing campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights, and working collaboratively with teams to identify and implement growth opportunities. Additionally, the Growth Hacker will focus on A/B testing, conversion rate optimizations, and exploring viral marketing tactics to ensure the organization’s growth objectives are achieved. Qualifications • Expertise in Growth Strategies and Digital Marketing, including SEO, SEM, and email marketing • Proficiency in Data Analysis, A/B Testing, and Metrics-Driven Decision Making • Knowledge of Social Media Marketing and Content Marketing Techniques • Ability to implement Growth Hacking Tools and Technologies such as CRM, Analytics Platforms, and Automation Tools • Strong Communication, Creative Problem-Solving, and Collaboration Skills • Proven experience in customer acquisition, retention, and engagement initiatives • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred • Prior experience in a similar role or startup environment is a plus
